York Dragon Slayer
York Brewery
4.3% ABV

This beer was sampled on tap at the Blue Bell in Harrogate.  One of the York Brewery's many different beers.  York Brewery was established in 1996 with Nick Webster the head brewer leading charge.

Review

On first pour a beautiful golden liquid presents with a great creamy white.  Aromas of yeast and slightly aromatic hops, possible grass.  The yeast is there on the tasting along with slightly caramel sweet notes and a mild bitterness finishes. The beer is medium bodied with mild carbonation and a slightly dry finish.  I thought this beer was really good although I must admit at the time I had sampled a few other beers so my palate could have been slightly blurred.
